Hill International is seeking a QA/QC Manager in Cleveland, Ohio
Plan, execute, and oversee inspections of deliverables and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and scope.
Assist project management by tracking, documenting, and responding to quality and accuracy issues.
Investigate reports of quality issues and ensure resolution according to project and contract guidelines, consultant specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Assist the Quality Assurance and Construction Inspection Division (QACID) in reviewing and administering Contractors’ quality control submittals, and in developing QA standards, tools, and procedures manuals.
Identify problems or deficiencies, coordinate with managers and professionals for feedback, and prepare summary reports with recommendations.
Support the preparation and implementation of updates to the Program Delivery Manual (PDM) procedures and provide staff training as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to set priorities, make decisions, work independently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, construction workers, and the public, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of experience, preferably on projects involving environmental documentation.
Optional certifications include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, or other relevant professional licenses or certifications.
Must be local to Cleveland, OH, or willing to relocate.
