JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of QA/QC Manager (EOI) for the Stadium Masterplan Project. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality management processes for a highly significant and ambitious project that is at the forefront of our strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet the required quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans to align with project specifications and industry regulations
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to maintain transparency and quality throughout the project
Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training to ensure effective quality practices are executed
Analyze quality data and documentation, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any identified issues
Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management and project stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
At least 15 years of experience in QA/QC management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects, preferably in sports or stadium projects
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Certifications in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) are a strong advantage
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
