Job Accountabilities
Knowledge about preparing and maintaining IMS documentation for plant.
Maintain the quality of incoming, in process & final finished products within the defined standards, and NCR management and communication with Team for timely closure.
Quality checks for Blade shells preparation, bonding & checking of the finished blade.
Weekly and monthly report preparation for defect analysis and cost of poor quality.
Tracking of instrument calibration and ensure only calibrated instrument use in plant.
GRN and Supplier TC and COA verification during inspection of material and record.
Read and understand specification MSDS, TDS & drawings.
Understanding of Control plan and instruments SOP.
Have performed Tg, gel time and viscosity measurements.
Able to carry out NDT level 2 inspections on product.
Define operating procedure / process for NDT inspection tools of Composite parts.
Skills Required (Knowledge And Skills)
Able to Read and Understand the drawings.
Basic Knowledge of Quality tools and Route cause analysis.
Knowledge of MS Office.
NDT Level 2 certified in Ultrasonic Testing
Hands on experience of Quality Laboratory equipments
Certified as internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008/2015, Lead Auditor certification is added advantage.
Key Attributes (Experience And Qualifications)
BE / Diploma in Plastics, polymer, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)
4 to 7 Years of Wind Mill Blade Quality Experience
Minimum 2 years NDT Level 2 Experience in Wind Mill Blade
