Title: QA-QC PART LEADER

Lead and manage the Quality team within the manufacturing plant, including task allocation, performance management, and periodic competency evaluations.
Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process, from incoming raw materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Take the lead in handling quality issues, including production abnormalities and customer complaints, while coordinating with relevant departments such as Engineering and Production to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Participate in or lead internal audits and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and audit requirements.

College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in SMT-related positions.
Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in 5wwhy, 8D report making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.
Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
