Job Description:
Develop and implement a quality assurance framework and KPIs to ensure educational services meet high standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and keeping policies updated.
Create and maintain SOPs for all processes, performing regular internal audits for adherence and improvement.
Monitor and improve NPS by analyzing feedback and working with teams to enhance student satisfaction.
Train staff on quality standards, compliance, and SOP implementation to maintain consistency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance teaching and operational processes.
Prepare reports for senior management on QA, compliance, audits, and NPS metrics, maintaining accurate records.
