- As QC supervisor you have ownership to follow up market & consumers feedback about quality issues. And analyze unusable inventory and arrange repair related matters.
- He/she will know well about the quality issues of all brands. Main Responsibility Areas
- Warehouse inbound inspection:
- Monitor 3rd party inbound inspection, identify problems and potential risk and provide comments for correction action.
- Monthly inspection data analysis.
- Work with global team for inspection performance and drive improvement for key findings in inspection.
- Market and consumer feedback about quality issues follow up:
- Work with the merch team and after service team to understand details of feedback. Lead investigation and provide comments.
- Provide feedback to global teams to fix solutions and improvements. Role Specific Competencies
- College degree or above, with textile engineering, dying, fashion design of apparel or shoes and other related majors are preferred.
- Strong endurance ability under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC/QA or Merchandiser in garment or shoes manufacturing or a similar position.
- Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding, honesty and sound common sense for Quality issues.
