QA/QC Supervisor – Weekend AM
WHO?
INCOG are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to join their rapidly growing CDMO. We are looking for a Quality Supervisor who thrives at the intersection of QA and QC — someone who brings hands-on laboratory knowledge and a strong manufacturing floor presence to drive quality outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
This position is on the Weekend AM Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) (7:00 AM to 7:30PM).
WHAT?
The role responsibilities are as follows, but are not limited to:
Quality Assurance: Manufacturing Operations Support
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing QA Operations team supporting aseptic drug product manufacturing.
- Train and maintain a workforce proficient in quality systems, both in theory and practice.
- Provide on-the-floor leadership through coaching and mentoring to uphold quality standards.
- Allocate QA resources to balance production timelines with product quality.
- Lead development of room and line clearance processes across formulation, filling, and packaging.
Quality Control: Laboratory Operations Support
- Provide leadership and technical oversight across QC Chemistry, Microbiology, and Technical Services.
- Oversee daily QC activities, ensuring timely completion of testing and data review.
- Assign and manage daily priorities for QC staff, providing hands-on support as needed.
- Mentor and develop QC team members, partnering with leadership on performance management.
- Support deviation investigations, laboratory investigations, and CAPA implementation.
YOU!
Ideally, candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, along with 5 years of cGMP experience in Biopharma. Of that experience, a minimum of 3 years should come from Quality Assurance or Quality Control functions. It is preferrable that this candidate will also possess 2+ years of experience as a people leader or supervisor.
