Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop QA/QC plans in compliance with Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE) and internal quality standards.
- Review and monitor online quality reports to ensure compliance with KORE requirements and approved QA/QC plans.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes and develop/follow up corrective action plans.
- Conduct SPC studies for all processing lines and monitor process capability and stability.
- Perform quality trend analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct MTP surveys, analyze survey results and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure GMP compliance in the laboratory and production areas.
Team & Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance, training and support to QC Online team members.
- Lead, coach and follow up QC team performance to ensure effective quality control operations.
- Coordinate with Production and relevant functions to resolve quality issues and drive improvement initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a QA/QC Team Leader or Supervisor role, preferably in a food & beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, 5S, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ISO quality management systems.
- Good understanding of quality control tools, such as SPC, root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Responsible, proactive, enthusiastic and results-oriented.
