Quality Control Inspector – Welding
About The Role
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support welding and mechanical piping work in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring work meets quality standards, supporting inspections, and helping improve overall processes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform visual inspections of welding and piping work
- Support welding testing and quality checks
- Maintain records and documentation for compliance
- Identify & feedback quality issues and trends to welders and management
- Participate in root cause analysis exercises
- Assist in implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Work with teams to promote a strong quality culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inspections, root cause analysis, data tracking and manufacturing
- Basic understanding of welding or piping processes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications like CWI or NDT are a plus, but not required
