Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our AI-driven chatbot solutions.
Identify and document bugs, defects, and areas for improvement in the software.
Collaborate with developers and the product team to ensure timely fixes and enhancements.
Assist in developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts.
Participate in regular stand-up meetings to report progress and challenges.
