Job Description
Auditing samples based on the agent’s QC tasks and ensuring that they are following the SOP standards
Calibrating QA assessment, Monitoring, Reporting, & Exercise
Provide solutions to agent problems related to the tasks (Coaching, Feedback)
Maintain Quality Operation percentage achievement
Breakdown analysis related to the agent’s improvement
Requirements
Good communication skills (oral and written) and fluent English is a plus point
Attention to detail, problem-solving, strong analysis skills, in a team
Comfortable high pressure with dynamic target
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Familiar with MS. Office/ Google tools (sheet, slides, doc)
Adaptable to a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Familiar or active with the Shopee app
Willing to work at Solo
