Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Duties:
– Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality
– Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
– Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant quality standards
– Train and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, procedures, and records
– Perform precision measurements using various instruments to verify product specifications
– Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
– Continuously monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
– Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
– Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations
– Experience working with quality systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
– Ability to fabricate and maintain accurate documentation
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
