Project Overview:
We are partnering with a global leader in the Healthcare industry, known for pioneering innovation in medical services and clinical data management. This project focuses on modernizing internal enterprise platforms that are critical to their operations, ensuring the highest standards of software quality.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Analyst to lead QA initiatives, ensure software quality across multiple releases, and work collaboratively with development, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases for critical enterprise applications.
Lead QA-related project meetings, manage production defect tracking, and review testing documentation.
Analyze requirements and design effective testing strategies.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting using advanced SQL/Oracle skills.
Validate system integrations across Unix/Linux environments.
Define, measure, and maintain software quality metrics.
Mentor and support junior QA Analysts within the team.
Required Skills:
8+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance.
Strong leadership experience in QA processes (meeting leadership, defect tracking, test reviews).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Advanced SQL and Oracle database skills (queries, data validation).
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux (command line operations, log validations).
Hands-on experience with Manual Testing.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry.
Familiarity with tools like Quality Center/ALM, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
Knowledge of the Progress programming language.
Additional Information:
