The Role
- Follow safe work practices and company safety programs.
- Coordinate and incorporate quality expectations into the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Engage operational personnel to comply with installation specifications.
- Conduct formal Gemba walks to review work in progress and completed tasks.
- Contribute to the development of QA tools and partner with field staff for implementation.
- Coordinate and conduct timely quality inspections based on production status and risk management.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of field experience installing and testing fiber.
- Experience with structured cabling and/or data center cabling.
- Proven experience in infrastructure deployment.
- Ability to implement and monitor a Quality Management System.
- Strong communication, coaching, and collaborative skills.
