Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Independent contractors meet the highest quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and implementing quality management processes. This position requires A flexible schedule & your own vehicle.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of residential cleaning done by our independent contractors.
Perform vision inspections to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings for review.
Implement and maintain quality systems & protocol.
Collaborate with the owner & independent contractors to address quality issues.
Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance protocols.
Ensure independent contractors are at the job site for the time they’re scheduled for & not leaving early.
Requirements
Proven experience as a detail oriented cleaner.
Strong knowledge of quality management.
Understanding of how to do a thorough walk through of clients homes.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability for quality outcomes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting of inspection results.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $400.00 – $600.00 per month
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
