What you'll do
- Act as the QA presence on the production floor and in QC laboratories
- Manage Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls and Risk Assessments
- Participate in Root Cause Investigations and continuous improvement projects
- Review validation, qualification and GMP project documentation
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
- Deliver GMP training and promote a strong quality culture
What we're looking for
- BSc or MSc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related discipline
- QA experience within a GMP-regulated environment
- Knowledge of GMP, Annex 1 and Quality Risk Management
- Experience in sterile/aseptic manufacturing, biologics or biotechnology is desirable
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to work effectively with Operations, QC, Engineering and project teams
