Position: QA Specialist (Pharmaceutical MNC, MASS HIRING !) #HCL
QA Specialist (Pharmaceutical MNC, mass hiring) #HCLResponsibilities:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess adherence to
quality control
guidelines.
Review and approve batch records, documentation, and
quality control
testing.
Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure the smooth and compliant production and release of products.
Provide training and guidance to team members on quality-related procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date
records of quality-related activities and reports.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Support
continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance overall quality management systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality management systems.
Excellent
problem-solving
, analytical, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to assess complex issues and provide clear recommendations.
Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a
team environment
.
Proficiency with MS Office applications; familiarity with quality management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment
