Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking QA Specialist to join our tech team in our Tarzana office. This role is perfect for someone who loves breaking things (on purpose), spotting patterns, and using AI-driven tools to enhance testing precision and speed. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and operations to ensure Regenics’ platforms are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and mobile platforms
Leverage AI-powered QA tools to improve test coverage, bug detection, and workflow efficiency
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately
Continuously improve QA processes, introducing new tools, strategies, and frameworks
Test across multiple devices and browsers for compatibility and performance
Validate UX/UI consistency and functionality based on design specs
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in QA for tech products or web platforms
Experience using AI-assisted QA platforms (e.g., Testim, Functionize, or similar)
Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile workflows
Attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Bonus: Experience testing telehealth, subscription platforms, or HIPAA-compliant systems
