Quality Control Lab Technician
Kingstree, SC
On Site (12-hour rotating shift)
Join our Quality team as a Quality Control Lab Technician where you’ll perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This hands-on role offers structured hours with overtime opportunities. It’s a great way to build your career in a fast-paced, essential part of our production process.
Your key responsibilities
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Job Safety Analyses, and Work Instructions as written to perform various analyses and tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Plan, organize and share the workload as well as knowledge that is critical to the team’s success.
Promote an inclusive, cooperative team environment through professional, diplomatic communication and actions.
Accurately record and report data and use proper good documentation practices.
Effectively learn to operate and troubleshoot various laboratory equipment.
Basic computer skills required – entering data into LIMS, use of Excel spreadsheets, and instrument-specific software.

You bring
Bachelor of Science degree with 0-2 years of experience or Associate of Science degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to effectively communicate – both written and verbally.
A strong sense of accountability – take initiative for your progress and advancement in the company.
A collaborative spirit – you’re at your best when working with your immediate shift mates and across teams both within the quality department and with our internal customers.
Basic computer literacy – entering data into a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Excel spreadsheets, or other databases.
