Job Description
- Conduct audits and monitor compliance with SOPs.
- Supervise the use of natural and artificial feed.
- Document and report activities in accordance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure processes meet quality standards.
- Ensure shrimp post-larvae (PL) quality is free from pathogens.
Qualifications
- Diploma (III) / bachelor's degree in Fisheries / Biology / Chemistry
- Have 1-3 years of experience in related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Understand CKIB, CPIB and other needed certifications
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan audit dan pengawasan terhadap kepatuhan SOP.
- Mengawasi penggunaan pakan alami dan pakan buatan.
- Mendokumentasikan dan melaporkan kegiatan sesuai dengan SOP.
- Berkoordinasi dengan seluruh departemen untuk memastikan proses berjalan sesuai standar kualitas.
- Memastikan kualitas benur udang bebas dari patogen.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Perikanan, Biologi, atau Kimia.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang terkait (lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar).
- Memahami CKIB, CPIB, dan sertifikasi lain yang diperlukan.
