At Linea Aqua Vietnam, we are looking for a QA Subcontract Executive to join our team and play an important role in ensuring quality across our subcontract manufacturing processes.
What will you do?
- Manage quality performance of subcontract factories, including Printing, Embroidery, Bonding and Laser Cutting.
- Evaluate subcontractor capability and production readiness for new and critical styles.
- Monitor quality during pre-production and bulk production.
- Conduct/coordinate inspections based on product criticality and quality performance.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective & preventive actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs and work with subcontractors for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Technical, Development and QA teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Textile, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in QA/QC, Production or Vendor Quality in the apparel industry.
- Experience with Printing, Embroidery, Bonding or Laser Cutting is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and AQL.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to subcontract factories when required.
