该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities 岗位职责 Develop, operate and renew Food Safety & Quality management systems in compliance with local food safety regulations, company standards and key customer standards. Identify risks from internal and external, issue early warnings, be responsible for quality risk assessment, and drive risk mitigation plan implementation. Well handle deviation and lead systematical improvement through solid improvement action down to earth. With QA team and QA manager, build plant quality capability and promote quality culture 根据当地食品安全法规、公司标准及主要客户标准,开发、运行并更新食品安全与质量管理体系。识别内外部风险,发布预警,负责质量风险评估,并推动风险缓解计划的实施。妥善处理偏差,通过切实有效的改进措施推动系统性提升。与质量保证团队及质量保证经理共同构建工厂质量能力,推广质量文化 Requirements 任职要求 Competencies: 能力要求 Good at English speaking and writing skill.
Proficient in Office software.
Master quality inspection tools and methods (such as SPC, FMEA). Data analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP and food safety GB requirements.

- Quality System Management & Compliance 质量管理体系与合规
- Develop, operate and renew the plant’s quality management system to ensure full compliance with food safety regulations & standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC), McCain Global standards, key customer standards (e.g. McDonald's SQMS) and industry best practices.
- Lead internal audit and external 3rd party audits reception; and drive FSQ system continuous improvement through solid CAPA execution.
- Ensure proper implementation of recall and traceability systems; lead Mock recall exercises.

- 确保召回与追溯系统有效实施;主导模拟召回演练。
- Food Safety & Product Quality Program Oversight 食品安全与产品质量项目监督
- Lead HACCP program and fundamental GMP improvement
- Lead food safety risk assessments in new product projects or other changes.
- Identify risks from internal and external, issue early warnings, be responsible for quality risk assessment, and drive risk mitigation plan implementation.
- Support process and lab monitoring program establishment to ensure finished goods compliance with GB, customer-customized standards and company standards.

- Deviation management & Continuous Improvement 偏差管理与持续改进
- Deviation management (incident/complaint): support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures.
- Support deviation handling with external warehousing and logistics QA.
- 偏差管理(事件/投诉):支持根本原因分析及纠正与预防措施的制定。
- 支持与外部仓储及物流质量保证相关的偏差处理。

- Enhance the quality capacity of the factory, raise the quality awareness of all staff, and organize food safety & quality culture activities.
