PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.
Responsibilites
- Responsible of coordinating incoming inspection process for all product
- Development of new supplier and monitoring of current supplier performance
- Coordinating part problem follow up to supplier
- Supervise quality checks, testing, and sampling to maintain product standards.
- Evaluate and authorize quality reports, corrective measures, and related documentation
- Ensure company production is aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 140001, 13485 IATF)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience as QA Supervisor or Quality Assurance Specialist within the manufacturing industry
- Good understanding about Quality Control and Incoming Inspection system
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking & problem solving skills
- Fluent in English both oral & written is a must
- Effective communication & leadership skills
- Proficient in using MS.Office
