Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming products / materials,
Daily samples inspection of manufactured products and outbound QC.
Knowledge of AQL for sample inspection.
Use basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Document inspection results and report non-conformances using software tools.
Review and approve drawings to company standards.
Assist with non-conforming products and CARs. Follow-up with manufacturers.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in quality audits.
Communicate effectively with production and engineering teams regarding quality issues.
Maintain calibration records for measuring equipment and coordinate 3rd party calibration.
Basic rework/repair as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection techniques.
Competent computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
