At Qu you will:
Lead and evolve our QA strategy, processes, and execution across all products
Collaborate closely with development leadership in a “QA shift left” approach
Work with Squads and Team Leads to achieve quality objectives and improve testing methodologies
Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies including manual and automated testing
Facilitate the development and implementation of API and strategic UI automation testing
Oversee and improve test case management, test execution, smoke testing, and desk checks
Implement and enhance performance testing and scalability testing protocols
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive their implementation
Help make high-level technical decisions related to quality assurance infrastructure
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of QA experience in a product development environment
3+ years in a QA leadership role
Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly API automation
Experience with test case management systems and test execution frameworks
Proficiency in performance testing and scalability testing methodologies
Experience implementing and managing automated testing pipelines
Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices and their integration with QA processes
Experience working with cloud-based and hybrid-cloud architectures
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 – 150,000 USD per year(remote)
