Position Title: QA Systems Coordinator
Wage: $20.50/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday & Every Other Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

QA Systems Coordinator Responsibilities
Ensure food safety and product quality.
Follow safe work practices, GMPs, and maintain sanitary conditions.
Adhere to USDA, FSIS, FDA, and customer guidelines.
Obtain specialized certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner.
Use SAP to access and print product specifications and instructions.
Train production employees on food safety and quality requirements.
Review Quality Systems documents and report abnormalities.
Provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and notify drivers of product release (SSL Tankers).
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and test results.
Ensure regular and consistent attendance.
Serve as a backup SQF Practitioner when needed.
Requirements for QA Systems Coordinator
Ability to stand and sit for long periods during an 8-hour shift.
Ability to bend, push, twist, and kneel throughout the shift.
Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite Applications, especially Excel.
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute preferred.
Proven work history of several years; please include details on your resume.
