We’re recruiting for a QA Team Leader to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business where you’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance. The Role
Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the QA team, ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting the Quality Assurance team.
- Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
- Managing product, raw material, and environmental testing schedules
- Conducting audits including GMP, traceability, and compliance checks.
- Supporting performance management and team development
- Ensuring food safety, customer, and legal standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a QA or Technical role in food manufacturing
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
