About the Role:
Vision Profile Extrusions USA is looking for detail-oriented, dependable individuals to join our Quality team as QA Tech I. This role supports our QA Supervisor in maintaining high standards across our extrusion production lines. You’ll assist with quality checks, data entry, training QA Auditors, and ensuring that quality processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Perform quality checks on extrusion lines
Train and mentor QA Auditors
Provide shift coverage when needed
Retrieve, analyze, and document production data
Audit and update QA drawings and checklists
Assist in investigations and sorting related to customer complaints
Maintain sample cabinets and organize QA samples
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
What We’re Looking For:
QA inspection experience (preferred)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, or crouching
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Work Environment:
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
12 hour rotating shifts with every other weekend off. Dedicated nights or days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
