We’re working with a leading food manufacturer based in Leeds to recruit an experienced QA Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team within a well-regarded company.

The Role:
As a QA Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring all products meet the required
food safety
, quality, and customer specifications.
On
Offer:
* £29,670
* Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week
* 4 weeks working 6am – 2:30pm
* 1 week working 10:00pm – 6:30am
* 33 days annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the production of safe, high-quality, and legally compliant food products.
* Conducting facility audits, including hygiene, GMP, and compliance checks.
* Preparing accurate documentation and launch packs for new product launches.
* Investigating customer complaints to identify root causes and implement preventative actions.
* Coordinating sample testing and analyzing lab results, escalating issues as needed.
* Managing out-of-specification stock using the warehouse management system.
* Conducting swabbing activities and supporting validation/verification processes.
* Reviewing and approving packaging against artwork specifications.
* Assisting during third-party audits and traceability exercises.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a QA role within the food manufacturing industry.

Food Safety
and HACCP qualifications
