Job description:
BulkSupplements.com is a fast-growing ingredients supplier and dietary supplements manufacturer located in Henderson, NV. We are seeking a confident, driven, and detailed-oriented QA Technician to join our team. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities as we promote from within and we are growing quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven technical/problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) technique.
- Conducting detailed production audits and enforcing strict cGMPs. To ensure the highest quality is produced by continually striving to improve company and quality SOPs.
- Conduct daily production audits to monitor production performance within cleanliness, sanitization, dispense, encapsulation, bagging, labeling and documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Inspect and monitor all in-process materials and finished goods.
- Create paperwork for any nonconformance issues, collect data, and report to QA management/production management for complete follow through.
- Audit all production paperwork data reporting, releases and rejections for completeness.
- Recommend and initiate procedures to prevent errors or to improve quality in all areas of production and quality.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Able to work independently on work projects with little assistance.
- Displays excellent multitasking skills with a positive attitude.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: Experience in dietary supplements preferred.
