Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong background in quality management systems and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality assurance practices and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards.
Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with project management teams to establish quality objectives and metrics for new projects.
Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, including findings from inspections and audits.
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
Facilitate communication between departments regarding quality-related issues.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in QA/QC processes, including quality management and assurance methodologies.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, HACCP, and ISO 9001 is highly desirable.
Experience conducting quality audits and inspections within manufacturing or production environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey quality standards across teams.

Pay: $70,965.00 – $74,508.00 per year
