Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document and report quality issues and non-conformances, facilitating corrective actions and improvements.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Conduct tests and measurements on packaging products to verify structural integrity and safety standards.
Collaborate with production staff to identify quality-related concerns and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate and thorough records of inspections, tests, and results for traceability.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met and documented properly.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably within the packaging industry.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a positive work culture.
Familiarity with quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address quality issues.
