Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on quality assurance testing across enterprise applications.
Collaborate closely with the QA Manager to implement best practices.
Help build and mature a QA function from the ground up.
Contribute to a high-performing QA team embedded across various initiatives.
Identify testing gaps, lead test execution, and recommend improvements to QA processes.
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
Must-Haves:
Strong experience in manual and/or automated testing.
Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium for test automation.
Hands-on keyboard experience with a strong testing mindset.
Proven track record in enterprise application QA.
Ability to collaborate, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience in merchandising or retail technology environments.
Experience working with or reporting to a remote QA leader.
Knowledge of QA tools and frameworks beyond Selenium.
