We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, and will be responsible for implementing effective quality control measures throughout the production process. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to quality control protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to fabricate processes that enhance product quality and efficiency.
Analyze data from quality control inspections and audits to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all products meet specifications before they are released for distribution.
Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Manage documentation related to quality control processes, including reports and compliance records.
Oversee project management initiatives related to quality improvement projects.
Experience
Experience in conducting quality audits and analyzing results to drive improvements.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
