QA Test Manager
This role is for a leading multinational company in Dublin 2. The role would be a hybrid work model. Excellent perm role with career progression.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, frameworks, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of manual and automated testing.
Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Provide mentorship and training to junior testers to develop skills and improve efficiency.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA management role.
Must have ISTQB certification or equivalent qualification.
Strong background in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
Hands-on experience with test management tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps testing methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools.
Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
