We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Test Manager to lead and execute testing strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test plans, manage testing efforts across releases, and maintain the highest standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in quality assurance efforts across projects with a strong focus on test coverage, product reliability, and release readiness.
Collaborate with software developers and product teams to review requirements, define detailed test plans, and design effective QA strategies.
Create, manage, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
Establish and report on QA metrics to track test progress, product quality, and issue resolution.
Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with development teams.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist product owners in validating business requirements.
Oversee release planning, regression testing, and overall release quality assurance processes.
Research and recommend modern testing tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the QA function.
Ensure UI consistency and functional integrity through detailed testing and feedback loops.
Provide insights and mentorship to junior QA engineers when required.
