Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong Junior Manual Tester with sharp logical thinking, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to join our Web project teams. You will be primarily responsible for product quality by planning, designing test cases, and executing manual tests.
1. Job Description:
- Analyze project requirements (SRS, User Stories, UI/UX Designs) to fully understand business workflows.
- Design detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Data, and Checklists for software features.
- Execute various testing types (Functional, Regression, Integration, UI/UX Testing) across multiple environments (Web/Mobile).
- Log defects, track bug-fixing progress on management tools (Jira, Redmine, Trello…), and collaborate closely with Developers to resolve issues.
- Report testing progress and product quality to the QA Lead or Project Manager (PM) after each sprint/phase.
- Use AI tools (Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) actively as part of your daily workflow
2. Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience as a Manual Tester (Strong grasp of test design techniques such as Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Tables, etc.).
- Proven experience in testing Web.
- Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and highly committed to product quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills—proactive in debugging while maintaining a collaborative relationship with Developers.
- Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for basic API testing.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- Automation Test: Basic knowledge of or exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium…) with a career mindset toward becoming an Automation/Full-stack QA.
