The Role
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, optimizing processes and standards for product quality.
• Lead and build test organizations, coordinating international teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Plan and integrate test activities into development cycles, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies through prioritization.
• Communicate test results effectively through clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics with 5+ years in testing, including 3 years as a Test Manager.
• Proficiency in structured testing methods, test frameworks, and management tools (e.g., MF ALM, JIRA).
• Experience in test strategy and planning, with an understanding of test automation.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager in the insurance sector, specifically life insurance, focusing on interface and case management systems.
• Strong team motivation, prioritization skills, and the ability to create a quality-focused culture under pressure.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, with experience in stakeholder reporting.
