The Role
We’re looking for a QA Tester who’s curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality. Whether you’ve already got hands-on QA experience or are just beginning your journey into the world of software testing, we want someone who’s eager to learn, confident working independently, and enthusiastic about improving the way things work.
As part of our collaborative QA team, you’ll work across a variety of high-profile client projects and internal products such as SpotLight, Palette, and Omnistream. You’ll help ensure we continue to deliver world-class experiences for both our partners and their customers.

What You’ll Do
Plan, design, and execute manual test cases across multiple projects
Perform exploratory and regression testing
Report bugs and issues clearly and concisely to the development team
Analyse test results and document findings where appropriate
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other QA team members
Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning
Help drive QA best practices across the company
Balance multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a QA/testing role, or a demonstrable interest in quality assurance principles
A strong eye for detail and a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Experience with exploratory testing and the ability to design your own test cases
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how QA fits into the software development lifecycle
Comfortable using tools like Jira (or similar project/bug tracking tools)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
ISTQB / ISEB Foundation Level certification is desirable, but not essential
An understanding or interest in test automation is a plus
