The Role
• Conduct quality spot-checks to verify software-related configuration items.
• Analyze and continuously optimize existing processes, templates, checklists, and workflows.
• Initiate and support a continuous improvement process.
• Ensure, moderate, and escalate quality standards within ongoing projects as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and track software quality management activities using Jira.
• Support the further development of efficient quality management structures in the software domain.
What You'll Need
• Successfully completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality management and/or software development.
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to complex issues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of quality awareness.
• Proactive, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey quality requirements effectively to different audiences.
