Job Description
Responsibilities:
Participate in testing of products
Follow prompts for “hands on” product testing assurance
Provide user experience feedback to R&D Team on the testing product of focus
Interact openly about the products and engage in testing, discussions and questionnaires
Qualifications:
1-2 years in technical product support environment
Experience with Android/iOS/IOT Devices
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit for extended periods of time, stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
Must be able to work in an office/testing lab setting
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must pass a Background Check
