We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications through manual and automated testing processes. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve product quality, and deliver seamless user experiences. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software bugs, defects, and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and testing frameworks.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software performance and issues.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to continuous testing improvements.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration where applicable.
  • Ensure applications meet usability, performance, and reliability standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, testing tools, and automation technologies.

✅ Requirements

  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with manual testing and automation testing concepts.
  • Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, Java, or related languages is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or TestRail is a plus.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
  • Previous internship or experience in QA, software testing, or automation engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
