Role Description
The QA Tester / Automation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify defects, improve testing processes, and help deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
✅ Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
✅ Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for web and mobile applications.
✅ Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and system testing. ✔️
✅ Collaborate with developers to resolve software issues efficiently.
✅ Participate in sprint planning, test planning, and Agile ceremonies.

✅ Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) testing processes. ⚙️
✅ Prepare detailed test reports and provide quality improvement recommendations.
✅ Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Recent graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of software testing principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, or similar testing tools is an advantage.
Understanding of SQL, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git is a plus.
⚙️ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
