We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through both manual and automated testing. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality applications and improve user experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web or mobile applications.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews to ensure test coverage.
- Support CI/CD pipelines with automated testing processes.
- Prepare test reports and ensure software quality standards are met.
✅ Requirements
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java).
- Knowledge of automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
- Internship or project experience in testing/automation is an advantage.
