Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a QA (Quality Assurance) Tester who is fluent in English and has conversational-level Japanese proficiency. The role involves executing test cases, performing manual testing, analyzing test results, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues
- Ensure software quality and functionality across devices and browsers
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate test results and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Native-level or fluent English (for client/internal communication)
- Conversational Japanese (basic reading/writing/speaking)
- Experience with manual testing and QA best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow testing methodologies and collaborate in a team environment
