Piper Companies is seeking a dynamicQA Tester II to join a leading and rapidly expanding provider of benefits administration, technology, brokerage, consulting, payroll solutions, and business strategies for companies of all sizes. This role is fully onsite located in Sparks, MD.
Requirements of the QA Tester II:
Engage in planning, developing, automating, and executing tests, as well as resolving defects.
Support quality software delivery by verifying design meets requirements and validating functionality.
Use both manual and automated tools to execute test plans.
Conduct thorough product testing throughout development phases.
Confirm new functionality, assess feature integration, test performance, and identify quality issues.
Qualifications of the QA Tester II:
2+ years of experience testing web and desktop applications.
Understanding of testing cycles, QA principles, and various testing methods (functional, integration, system, regression).
Experience in agile environments and basic knowledge of SQL.
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, test design, and execution.
College degree or equivalent years’ experience.
Compensation of the QA Tester II:
Salary range: $110,000-$130,000
