JOB PURPOSE / MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC :
Thực tập sinh thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng của nhà máy sản xuất dược phẩm, nhằm mục đích đảm bảo rằng quy trình sản xuất tất cả các sản phẩm đều tuân thủ các yêu cầu của GxP.
Thực tập sinh cũng sẽ học hỏi được các kỹ năng và các kiến thức về hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng thông qua quá trình thực tập.
The intern participates in the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant's quality assurance system, which aims to ensure that the manufacturing process of all products complies with GxP requirements.
Interns will also learn skills and knowledge about quality assurance system through the internship process.
Key Accountabilities / Nhiệm Vụ Chính
- Hỗ trợ quản lý hồ sơ tài liệu: phân phối, thông báo quy trình có hiệu lực, thu hồi quy trình hết hiệu lực…/ Support in documentation management: inform effective data of procedure, issue procedure or withdraw obsolete document…
- Nhập dữ liệu thẩm định, theo dõi thẩm định theo phân công/ Enter data for validation process, monitor validation process
- Theo dõi các chỉ tiêu KPIs của bộ phận chất lượng liên quan sự cố, ILI, CAPA on time…/ Monitor the KPIs of quality department relating to deviation, ILI and CAPA on time…
- Theo dõi và báo cáo cho một số hoạt động quản lý tiện ích nhà máy, hoạt động của hệ thống như theo dõi kiểm soát động vật gây hại, GMP ở bộ phận an toàn, hành chính… / Monitor and report for some activities of utilities management and system activies like pest control, GMP at HSE, ADM…
- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động khác của phòng khi cần/ Support other activities of department when necessary.
QUALIFICATION / KIẾN THỨC, KỸ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM:
Education /
Trình độ học vấn
Ưu tiên sinh viên năm thứ 3, 4 hoặc năm cuối chuyên ngành Dược, Hóa Học hoặc Quản lý Công nghiệp.
Students in 3rd, 4th or final year majoring in Pharmaceutical or Chemical or Industrial management is preferable.
