Job Overview

Responsible for quality management and compliance work for the company’s data center products and solutions, establishing and improving the product quality management system to ensure that the entire process—from design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, to delivery—complies with company quality standards, customer requirements, and international regulatory certification requirements. Through quality risk management, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement, enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction, supporting the smooth delivery of global data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Quality Management & Continuous Improvement Responsible for establishing and optimizing the product quality management system and quality control processes, formulating product inspection standards and quality specifications, and supervising quality execution throughout design, procurement, production, testing, delivery, and on-site installation. Analyze quality data and customer feedback, identify quality risks, organize quality issue investigations, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement to constantly enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Product Compliance & Certification Management Responsible for regulatory compliance and certification management of data center products, ensuring products comply with target market laws, regulations, and industry standards, including certification requirements such as CE, UL, FCC, RoHS, REACH, IEC, CB, and UKCA. Coordinate with third-party laboratories and certification bodies to complete product testing, certification applications, and maintenance work, continuously track changes in international regulations, and drive products to meet global market access requirements.
  • Supplier Quality & Project Quality Support Responsible for supplier quality management, including supplier audits, quality evaluations, incoming quality control, and quality improvement, driving suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), product design reviews, and global data center project quality management, formulate project quality control plans, and support customer factory audits, quality audits, and project deliveries to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
  • Quality System Construction & Cross-Functional Collaboration Maintain the effective operation of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, draft and improve quality management documents, standards, and standard operating procedures, and organize internal quality audits and quality training. Collaborate closely with R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Project, and After-Sales teams to drive the execution of quality standards, enhance full-lifecycle quality management capabilities, and establish quality KPIs and management mechanisms to support the company in continuously improving product quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related majors.
  • 3+ years of experience in product quality, quality management, quality systems, or product compliance, with industry experience in data centers, UPS, PDU, cabinets, batteries, liquid cooling, HVAC, network equipment, or electro-mechanical products preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems and quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, CAPA, RCA, SPC, PPAP, etc., with strong problem analysis and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Familiar with international product certification and regulatory requirements, including CE, UL, FCC, RoHS, REACH, IEC, etc., with experience in global product certification or market access preferred.
  • Possess strong communication, coordination, and project execution skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, project teams, and third-party certification bodies.
  • Good command of English reading and writing, capable of supporting routine communication with overseas clients, suppliers, and certification bodies, with the ability to adapt to necessary domestic and international business travel.
