Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, and project management skills. The Quality Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives. YOU MUST have a quality background to be considered.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and internal quality management systems.
Analyze data from quality control processes and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement recommendations for management review.
Must have experience with the following:
Field claims, PFMEAs, ISIR, 4M’s, control plans, self-inspection, and work standards.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Familiarity with FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP practices, ISO 9001 standards, and quality management systems is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading quality improvement initiatives.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings clearly.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
