Responsibilities
- Validate end-to-end digital journeys, mobile app features, and automation workflows against business and experience requirements
- Translate business requirements and user stories into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Execute functional, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across digital channels
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet user expectations and operational needs
- Support test planning, test data preparation, and execution across Agile sprints and releases
- Provide clear status updates, test metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders
- Support UAT cycles, including business user coordination, test execution, and sign-off readiness
- Ensure system changes do not disrupt existing processes and comply with control and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, quality practices, and automation opportunities
- Work on impactful digital products and customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in digital or mobile environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes, including UAT and regression testing
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to translate requirements into structured and effective test cases
- Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required
- Familiarity with test automation tools or frameworks is a plus
